Leda Risse - Legend has it that there was a girl in a village who stood out for always wearing a red coat. This painting represents the story of the young girl who believed that the red coat scared wolves. Many paid attention to her coat, but what no one noticed was her purse full of diamonds, as she would have found a mine and no one knew. The red coat attracted more attention than her purse and so she explored the whole mine and no one noticed. Besides being wealthy, she became known as: The Girl in the Red Coat.
